This estate has a rich heritage that dates to Colonial English times and is a perfect perfect example of the harmonious blend of Colonial and south indian architecture. With 22 spacious and luxurious cottages (Grand Cottages & Plantation Cottages) sprawled amidst a rich natural habitat and a beautiful 4-bedroom secluded villa with an attached lawn area providing stunning panoramic views of the western ghats. Magnolia is perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. Not to mention, that our guests feel that the local and authentic cuisines made by our team with fresh locally sourced produce is reason enough to travel here. Things to do : 1. Laze by the lakes – Spend some quiet time by either of our two lakes - Emerald and Turquoise with just the floura and fauna for company. 2. Birdwatching and Photography: Magnolia is home to almost 200+ varieties of birds. So, if you are a birder, then you are in paradise. 3. Cycling: Pick up a cycle from our activity center and make your way through the winding lanes of the estate. 4. Trekking: There are several trails around Magnolia Resorts. Each trail offers a different view of the resort and the surrounding valleys as well as great exercise. 5. Plantation walks: Our team can take you on a guided tour of the estate. 6. Golf: Guests staying at Magnolia are welcome to golf at the Coorg Golf Links. This 18 hole full sized golf course was built in 1987 and is 6 km from the estate. 7. Activity center : We have a badminton court, snooker table, table tennis, carrom boards which are perfect for families to get together and play. 8. Library: We have a variety of books under different categories for your perfect read. 9. Sightseeing : If you would like to explore some local tourist spots, we recommend Nalaknad palace, Dubare elephant camp, Namdrolling monastery. Even the Kannur beach is just a couple of hours drive. Visit us to find your peace and lose yourself in the quiet by-lanes of Magnolia. Tariff : 1. Plantation Cottages are INR 7000 + taxes for a couple and includes breakfast 2. Grand Cottages are INR 7500 + taxes for a couple including breakfast 3. Our villa is priced at INR 21,000 + taxes for a group of 8 persons including breakfast.
